They assist students with their resumes, helping them stress their technical skills and experience that employers desire. The Career Placement professionals prepare students for interviews, helping them avoid common interviewing pitfalls and hone their communication skills through mock interviews. They bring employers to the students through Career Fairs that bring together local employers and help students get a sense of what's going on in the industry and network with organizations that may eventually hire them. And Career Placement posts student profiles online to allow employers to search for skilled applicants through their eRecruiting program.
