The Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA) is a school located in Clearwater, Florida that offers health care programs. Unlike other schools that offer many different types of programs, Ultimate Medical Academy is exclusively focused on preparing students for healthcare careers. UMA offers five healthcare-related areas of study, including the following programs:
- Medical/Clinical Laboratory Assistant program
- Basic X-ray program

Ultimate Medical Academy training programs provide extensive hands-on training. Students experience and practice actual techniques throughout their training. As part of these job preparation programs, students in most courses are assigned externships or internships to local health care facilities where they can gain "real world" experience. Some programs can be completed in as little as seven weeks.

The Medical Assisting program provides students with a Certificate of Completion and students will be qualified to take the A.M.T. National C.M.A. examination. Similarly, the Phlebotomy program also provides students with a Certificate of Completion and students will be qualified to take the A.M.T. National Phlebotomy examination.
For students who may require financial assistance to pay for their education at the Ultimate Medical Academy, there are many alternatives available. Financing options available to qualifying UMA students include:

UMA has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal aid (e.g., Direct Loans).
