Spencerian College was founded in 1892. It is a school of over 1,500 students with two campuses in Kentucky, in Lexington, and Louisville. Louisville is Kentucky's largest city, and Lexington its second largest city. Spencerian College offers in-demand programs in business and healthcare with the options of obtaining a certificate, diploma, or associate degree. In total, Spencerian offers 23 different programs. Each program is designed to combine classroom instruction and actual on-the-job training.
Spencerian College is organized into two schools: the School of Business Administration and the school of Allied Health Sciences. Both offer well thought-out career programs that are offered in quarter terms, through day or evening classes.

Spencerian certificate programs can be completed in as little as 6 months. Diploma programs can be completed in as little as 9 months. Associate degree programs take 18 to 27 months to complete.
