Robert Morris College (RMC) is a school of over 5,500 students located in Chicago, Illinois, and with other campuses in Illinois in DuPage, Bensenville, Orland Park, Peoria, Springfield, and Lake County, as well as an extension site at Joliet. The mission of Robert Morris College is to offer applied education to under served communities. RMC focuses on career-focused degrees that are designed to prepare students for the most in-demand jobs in the fastest growing industries. Robert Morris College has associate's degree programs that can be completed in as little as 15 months, and bachelor's degree programs that can be completed in as little as three years. Bachelor's degree programs include:

Robert Morris College offers a study abroad program that allows students to study abroad in London, England, Vienna, Austria, or Florence, Italy. Students must be sophomores or higher, and meet other program criteria.
RMC also has a Federally funded "Running Start" program that allows high school students to start to earn college credit. Beginning as early as the first semester of a student's junior year, a student can take one college course each semester in the major of their choice. Students who enroll in this program will earn four (4) transferable quarter hours for each course they successfully complete, and can earn a maximum of 16 quarter hours over a two-year period while they are still enrolled in high school. Students can choose to enroll in one of the following areas of study:

- Medical Assisting
- Computer Networking
- Graphic Arts/Web Design
To maximize flexibility for working adults, Robert Morris College offers many convenient locations and flexible course schedules. This flexibility allows students to obtain an education while tending to other substantial work and life responsibilities.
Robert Morris College is one of the largest private not-for-profit colleges in Illinois. The College has a "Speciality School" listing in the 2006 edition of U.S. News and World Report. It is also one of the top 200 colleges recognized in the book Great Colleges for the Real World. Other distinctions of note for RMC include:
- RMC is Illinois' largest grantor of Baccalaureate Degrees in Business to minorities.
- Nationally, RMC is the 16th largest grantor of Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration to African-Americans.
- Nationally, RMC is the 28th largest grantor of Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration to Hispanic Americans.
While Robert Morris College is relatively affordable, (its tuition is the second-lowest for Illinois private colleges/universities), there are still many options open for financial aid to qualifying Robert Morris students. Robert Morris College has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal aid (e.g., Direct Loans). In addition, RMC also has institutional grants and scholarships that are awarded based on talent, academic achievement, and financial need. Robert Morris College also offers off-campus housing for its Chicago campus, subject to availability.
Robert Morris College is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association. Robert Morris College, through its School of Business Administration, has the following degree programs accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE): Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with concentrations in Accounting, Computer Networking Specialist, Management, and Health Care Management. The Medical Assisting Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). Students who complete the Professional Diploma or Associate Degree program are eligible to sit for the national qualifying examination for certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Robert Morris College is approved by the Illinois Board of Higher Education and is authorized to award the Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Computer Studies and the Associate in Applied Science Degree.
Robert Morris College athletics competes in the following athletic associations: the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA), the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC), and the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA).
Robert Morris College's main campus is located in the Chicago, Illinois. Chicago, the windy city, is the largest city in Illinois and the third largest city in the United States. It is located on the banks of Lake Michigan in northeastern Illinois.
