PC AGE Career Institute provides Information Technology and Healthcare training to working adults. PC AGE was founded in 1991 by Zafar Khizer, author of 17 computer books and recipient of a Master's degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology. In 1999, Zafar Khizer, the founder and owner of PC AGE, was selected for the 40 Under 40 list by Business News New Jersey. Their MCSE computer based training and test preparation software have garnered rave reviews from magazines such as Microsoft Certified Professional Magazine. PC Age Career Institute is approved by the State of New Jersey Department of Education, and the school is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training. It is also recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs.
Because PC AGE Career Institute is a Title IV eligible institute, Federal Financial Aid is available to students who qualify. People who have been laid off may receive extended unemployment benefits if they are enrolled in a job training program such as PC AGE. PC AGE is approved by the New Jersey Unemployment Offices as a training vendor, and can help students receive additional money to upgrade their computer skills.
