The Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University is dedicated to many stated purposes. In order to help students deal with the demands and challenges of a global economy, they combine specialized coursework with general education. They promote excellence in teaching by providing comprehensive faculty training and professional development activities. Overall, they are committed to lifelong learning and personal growth by offering an interactive and collaborative educational environment.
The school places a heavy weight on making sure all its faculty have solid academic and professional credentials, and that they also have a burning passion for teaching. The Keller Graduate School of Management works with the faculty, through the Teaching Excellence Course Plus program and other initiatives, to prepare new faculty and help current faculty update their skills. To encourage student success, Keller also uses a program called System-Supported Teaching and Learning (SSTL), which combines the proven concepts of mastery learning and total quality to ensure student success.

To meet this need, they offer several ways to accommodate student scheduling needs. Custom-designed graduate programs allow students to design a portion of their graduate degree program to suit their interests and career goals. Every year, Keller programs have three 16-week semesters, with two 8-week sessions in each semester, allowing students to take sessions off if their schedules demand it. The onsite classes typically meet once a week on Saturday or in the evening, and online and accelerated learning programs allow students even greater flexibility.
Keller offers many degree programs, including an MBA program, accounting and financial management, human resource management, project management, public administration, telecommunications management, and more. Students learn from faculty who are recruited from the business community and who teach students practical business methods.
