Students can now earn their master's degree from one of America's preeminent universities without disrupting their work or home schedule. Applicants must have a bachelors degree.

This revolutionary e-Learning program allows students to receive the same degree and diploma as if they had attended on-campus. This degree is designed to meet the principal certification requirements of most states. Built specifically for working educators, this accelerated e-Learning program gives students access anywhere, anytime to curriculum that will help them both professionally and personally.

The core curriculum of the program consists of 10 courses for a total of 33 credits, and can be completed in 22 months. The curriculum has been carefully designed to address the current issues faced by educational leaders. This MA program allows students to complete their coursework and interact with instructors and other learners through GW's unique distance learning format. Students are assigned their own personal advisor to help them through the program, and a 24-hour, 7-day a week help desk is available to answer any technical questions they may have. The MA program is fully accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education.
