The Concord Law School provides three degree granting programs, which include:
- The Juris Doctor Program - Individuals who are seeking to practice law and have the widest range of career options should enroll in this program. Graduates are eligible to sit for the California Bar exam, and upon fulfilling other statutory requirements, can become eligible to practice law in the State of California. Candidates may be able to practice law in other states under reciprocity or admission by examination rules. As these rules and requirements are unique to each state, a candidate should check with the appropriate bodies in that state regarding fulfilling requirements.
- The Executive JD Program - This program is designed for individuals who desire an education in law, but do not desire to practice law.
- The Executive JD Health Law Track Program - This program is similar to the Executive JD program and is also designed for individuals who desire an education in law, but do not desire to practice law. This program provides a specialized health law track, consisting of 16 units of health law related courses.

- A Pre-Start Fundamentals Program - This program acts as an introduction to the school's on-line environment as well as an introduction to the skills, background, and context necessary for success at Concord.
