The Institute operates more than 11 state-of-the-art classrooms and Labs, delivering more than 15 high-quality, job-based education programs. Certificate programs allow students to get the knowledge and skills they need from a University they trust. Instructors are drawn from a number of occupations and all are accomplished professionals. Programs utilize an Adult-learning methodology that meets the specific needs of every learning style. Students have access to an online support system 24 hours a day, seven days a week that provides them with online practice modules. These modules assist students in expanding their knowledge and understanding, as well identifying their strengths and weaknesses.

The goal of the Institute's Admissions Center is to help students learn about the Institute's programs. Students who have a high school diploma or higher can begin the admissions process by selecting their program of study with the help of a Career Advisor. Then students can apply online to be considered for acceptance into the Institute. Even as Alumni, students have access to Career Services' professional advice and job search training.
