Located next to the Charles River in Waltham, Massachusetts, an area that boasts the region's best film production companies and photography studios, CDIA at Boston University offers a 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. The facility includes classrooms, laboratories, and high-end photographic/video studios. The digital darkroom labs have the latest imaging software and hardware, and the post-production video labs are set up with the industry leading Final Cut Pro, sound and DVD packages. Students enjoy access to all kinds of cutting edge studio equipment, such as digital SLR and digital back view cameras, commercial/portraiture studio setups, and location lighting.
