The Keiser University - Center for Culinary Arts provides culinary arts programs at its campuses in Melbourne, Sarasota, and Tallahassee, Florida. The culinary arts programs provide students with real industry and hands-on experience in fully equipped culinary laboratories and through an externship program. Students learn in lab kitchens, demonstration classrooms, and multi-use/banquet facilities. The Capital Culinary Institute offers small class sizes and day and evening classes to accommodate working students.
The Keiser University - Center for Culinary Arts offers programs that allow students to start rewarding new culinary careers quickly. Programs offered include:
- Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts - This program prepares students to work in positions in full service restaurants, hotels, clubs and resorts, catering companies, corporate restaurants, health spas, cruise ships, private homes, the entertainment industry, and more.
- Associate of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts - This program prepares students for entry level positions in bakeries, restaurants, hotels and country clubs working as bakery assistants, bakers, pastry cooks, and pastry cook assistants.
Several forms of financial assistance or financial aid are potentially available to qualifying students at the Keiser University - Center for Culinary Arts. Grants available include:
- Federal Pell Grants
- Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (SEOG)
- Florida Postsecondary Student Assistance Grants (FPSAG)
- Need based scholarships from Keiser University - Center for Culinary Arts
Keiser University - Center for Culinary Arts has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal aid (e.g., Direct Loans). The following loans may be available to qualifying students at the Capital Culinary Institute:

Keiser University - Center for Culinary Arts is accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Keiser University is a four-year college accredited by the Commission on Colleges (COC) of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to award the Associate and Bachelor´s Degree.
