The School of Health Management (SHM) at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences (ATSU) is the online graduate school of ATSU. SHM offers graduate degrees and certificates in Public Health, Health Administration and Geriatric Health Management.
The SHM at ATSU offers year-round enrollment. Students may start in any quarter. Students who are willing to take up to 9 credits per quarter can complete their studies in as little as one year, allowing them to start their career in health management quickly.
The School of Health Management allows students to interact with each other and their instructors through e-mail, chat rooms, forum discussions, or over the phone. Students are also assigned an advisor when they register for their first course. A telephone and online help desk are available to help students with technical problems. Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
International and non-Missouri residents may apply for SHM's programs.
The School of Health Management at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences offers 9 degree options. These include:
- Master of Geriatric Health Management (MGH)
- Master of Health Administration (MHA)
- Master of Health Administration, Health Policy option (MHA-HP) (available ONLY to Osteopathic Heritage Health Fellows (OHHP), this thirty-three credit hour degree program focuses on health administration)
- Master of Public Health (MPH)
- Master of Public Health, Environmental Health option (MPH-EH)
- Master of Public Health, Health Planning option (MPH-PL)
- Master of Public Health, Health Policy (General Student) option (MPH-HP)
- Master of Public Health, Health Policy (OHHP) option (MPH-HP) - (available ONLY to Osteopathic Heritage Health Fellows (OHHP), this thirty-three credit hour degree program focuses on health policies)
- Master of Public Health, International Health option (MPH-A. T. Still University of Health Sciences)
The SHM also offers the following graduate certificate programs:

In addition, SHM students can earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree through a cooperative agreement between SHM and Keller Graduate School of Management (Keller).
The School of Health Management also offers several elective courses for SHM students.

A. T. Still University of Health Sciences is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and have received acceptance from the Missouri Coordinating Board of Higher Education.
